We will be gathering at Shadows
On The Hudson for what has become our annual lunch get together.

This again will be a great event to bring your fellow Benz owners who are not
yet MBCA-HudMo members.

- Ann Lee Shaker Museum Car Show
HudMo Mercedes-Benz Club has been invited to the Albany Shaker site July Craft Show and Cruise-In on Saturday,
July 9th 10AM-4PM (rain date Sunday the 10th) off Heritage Lane by Albany Airport.
Admission to the Craft Fair is FREE to Car Show Driver and Passengers. It is usually $4 per person.
Cruise-In car show is by the former Ann Lee Nursing Home.
Enjoy the craft fair, food stands, other cars in the show or take a guided tour of the Shaker Site including cemetery,
barn and herb garden. And enjoy the beautiful grounds. The show is to benefit the Shaker Heritage Society and the Historic Shaker Site.
CAR SHOW DRIVERS: Please use the back entrance to the Shaker site as the main entrance has too many speed bumps and rough road.
(This entrance is accessible only when heading east on Albany Shaker Road/Dalessandro Blvd/ (Rt 155).)
After the light for the airport entrance, turn right onto Meeting House Road. Look for the HudMo Mercedes Benz banner.

- Fall Car Rally In Lake Placid
Run by Ron Tanner, this HudMo Fall Rally is a wonderful weekend of driving and fun!
See the magnificent Adirondacks, drive in an exciting and fun rally and have wonderful dining
experiences at the HudMo Fall Rally in Lake Placid!
2016 Fall Tour and Rally September 30 to October 2, 2016
Our host
hotel is the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, the "Gem of the Adirondacks".
Room rates vary by type and location of the room.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked out for the Hudson-Mohawk Section MBCA.

Make reservations as soon-as possible as the cut-off date for the hotel is in early September!
If you are an IHG Rewards Club member or a Priority Club member be sure to ask for your upgrade.
You can, of course, use any alternative booking site.
The cost per car for this event is $150.00 and must be attached to the registration form.
This entry fee includes Friday's "Meet and Greet", bagged lunch for each registrant on Saturday, and dinner
for two Saturday evening along with other expenses such as awards, raffle prizes and special table items.
The tour leaves Saratoga Auto Museum at noon on Friday Sep. 30.
We begin our fun tour to Lake Placid, N.Y. on roads less traveled.
The scenery and foliage should be great, and this leg is a tour only with no challenging route directions or questions.
We will arrive mid to late afternoon to give everyone a chance to visit downtown Lake Placid and prepare for Friday
evening's "Meet and Greet" in the hotel's spectacular Great Room. There will be a cash bar with lots of finger food.
On Saturday, we will leave mid-morning on the challenging rally along some of the Adirondack's most beautiful roads.
At noon we will meet at a very special site to eat the bagged lunch you were given at the hotel.
The afternoon leg is sure to be challenging. We will pass areas where you may want to drive your car to Whiteface's
peak or explore the beautiful gorge. Keep your camera at the ready!
Appropriate footwear is advised..
We return to the hotel mid-afternoon allowing for some casual time and to prepare for the evening sit down dinner.
A cash bar social hour will begin at 6:00 PM followed by dinner at 7:00 PM.
