It will be a beautiful night to shine up your Benz to show it off, talk to other car enthusiasts,
and see 50 to 150 classic cars at the weekly event. HUDMO members will gather at 5:30 - 6:00 PM or later by our MBCA banner
to enjoy a relaxing summer evening of cars and camaraderie. Meet new friends or bring some of your own. It's all good.

Family Picnic and Car Meet at John Boyd Thacher State Park
Please join us September 10 at beautiful John Boyd Thacher Park
outside of Albany for a family picnic and car meet. Bring family and friends!
Be sure to see the detailed description on the flier to learn why it may well be our best event ever!
Also there is our contact information to RSVP, and a form to submit if you are interested in the Panera box lunches that you may pre-order.
Otherwise bring your own picnic lunch. We will have some beverages, ice, and charcoal grilling fires for you.
There will be a casual car judging with awards in numerous traditional and fun categories.
The park is an amazing resource and has an exciting new visitors center.
We have reserved the best pavilion and picnic grounds for our exclusive use.
The area features spectacular views of the Capital District!
Arrive at 11:00 for photos with cars, car talk, a common lunch period.
Judging will commence at 1:00 PM with awards, announcements, raffles and surprises at 3:30 PM.

If you wish to have Panera box lunches there for your meal, please complete the attached form and mail it to Chuck or Saundra
Griffin with your payment. But, if it is too late for mail when you determine that you are attending, just be sure to call to
let us know you that will be there and what lunches you wish - then you can pay when you get your lunch.

Fall Car Rally
Rally will start at the Dinsmore Country Club 5371 Albany Post Rd.,
Staatsburg NY 12580, just a few miles south of Rhinebeck NY.
We begin in Dutchess County NY and work our way into Northeastern CT, all the time enjoying the outstanding Fall colors
as we travel the hill and horse country of this beautiful area of NY.
This event will have challenging questions and a route which you will also find will require your attention.
Register at 11:30 AM. First car off at Noon.
The Rally is a friendly competition where participating cars leave a starting point individually being directed to follow a
specific route to a predetermined finish point.... At which point everyone "Rallies".
Everyone is encouraged to drive slowly since the rally will be a nice drive through the country, over scenic back roads while
searching for answers to a number of questions along the way. Bring your camera.
Each participating car should have at minimum of a driver and a navigator. Friends and family are welcome to participate.
The Connecticut/Westchester Section
will join us for this Fall Rally which will take us through beautiful Dutchess County into Western Connecticut.
